SAN ANTONIO – The elderly man allegedly stabbed and killed by his own son has been identified.

According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office, the victim has been identified as 71-year-old Allison Paul Clark III, who was killed by sharp force injuries to the chest. His death has been ruled a homicide.

The deadly stabbing happened around 9:30 a.m. on July 26 at a home near the corner of Duberry Ridge near Dietz Elkhorn Road.

Sheriff’s Deputies say that the 71-year-old man was found dead from multiple stab wounds. A kitchen knife, believed to be the murder weapon, was recovered from the sink.

His son, 34-year-old Allison Paul Clark VI, allegedly confessed to investigators with the Fair Oaks Ranch Police. He has been arrested and charged with murder.
