The Jacksonville Jaguars released their first depth chart of the season and it included their No. 2 pick Travis Hunter on both sides of the ball. Hunter was listed as the starting wide receiver on offense but the second-string cornerback on defense.
The dual athlete has been practicing in training camp on both sides of the ball. He also participated on both sides for in the team scrimmage on August 1. The Jaguars captured the moment Hunter switched his jersey to defense.

Hunter has played more offensive snaps so far through training camp (109) than defensive snaps (88) but his production on both sides is great. Near interceptions and pass breakups make up his work on defense while he makes open field plays and great catches on offense.
Head Coach Liam Coen has stated not only Hunter’s physical state but how strong his mental state is to play both sides and learn the playbook for both sides. His first action in a live game will be on Aug. 9 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Here’s the team’s preseason schedule, opening up with the Pittsburgh Steelers at home.
