Your Weather Planner

It’s a rinse and repeat summer forecast! We’ll continue to forecast near normal high temperatures in the 90s, although it will feel hotter each afternoon. We’ll also maintain a low rain chance each day as a result of the ongoing sea breeze. The upcoming weekend will be a bit hotter as the heat dome currently parked over the northeast shifts our direction.

1. Fort Worth firefighters battle six-alarm apartment fire on Monday

A six-alarm apartment fire broke out Monday afternoon in Fort Worth, requiring a large-scale response from the fire department.

2. Gov. Greg Abbott’s veto of THC ban brings sigh of relief, more unknown for Texas hemp industry

The veto was praised by many on social media Monday, especially cannabis advocates and Texans who make a living in the hemp industry.
