MYCON General Contractors, a leading commercial construction firm headquartered in Dallas, proudly announces the promotion of Ivy Pennington to Senior Vice President of People and Culture. In this new executive leadership role, Pennington will lead company-wide strategies to strengthen organizational alignment, foster a high-performing culture, and guide change management as MYCON continues its trajectory of growth.

Pennington joined MYCON in 2022 and has played an integral role in advancing the company’s culture initiatives, talent development, and employee engagement programs. In her new role, she will work closely with the executive team to align organizational strategy with MYCON’s long-term business goals and ensure that the structure, leadership, and people are positioned for sustainable success.
