This Friday, have dinner for two very good causes at Bakery Lorraine. Culinary Director, Alex Rodriguez was here to tell us about Le Festin d’Été or “The Summer Feast”. They hope to highlight the flavors of summer while giving back to the community.

This event will support the SA Food Bank, while enjoying a delicious meal. Bring in a school supply or a non-perishable food item to donate when you come to dinner.

Alex showed us how they make the bruschetta, one of the dishes that will be served at the dinner. A recipe with few ingredients, but a deliciously fresh flavor.
