The public will have a free opportunity this weekend to tour the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Eagle, which will arrive in San Diego Bay early Friday afternoon for its first port call in San Diego since 2008.
The 295-foot training vessel — widely referred to as America’s tall ship — is scheduled to tie up at the B Street Pier, 1140 North Harbor Drive, San Diego.
The Coast Guard says the square-rigger ship will be open to the public from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
