Brandon Miller
The New York Knicks are continuing to remake their coaching staff after they were eliminated in the playoffs by the Indiana Pacers. After firing Tom Thibodeau, they went on to hire Mike Brown, and just now recently hired a former assistant from the Charlotte Hornets in Chris Jent to be their associate head coach.

With the hiring of Jenkins, the Knicks now need to look to continue filling out the rest of their roster to get themselves in a spot to be true contenders.

With now having ties to the Hornets organization with hiring Jenkins, the Knicks can look to trade for Brandon Miller.

Charlotte Hornets Trade Brandon Miller to the New York Knicks

The Charlotte Hornets are still in a rebuilding stage, and while things are looking up, they still need to make adjustments to the team for the future, even if that means trading players that have become key players for their team.

One player the Hornets could look to trade to get a decent return on is Brandon Miller.

Brandon Miller is coming off a season in which he had averaged 21.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game. With being just 22 and entering his third season in the NBA, it leaves Miller with immense upside to be unlocked as well as an attractive trade piece.

For the Knicks, they have an impressive trio of Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, and Karl-Anthony Towns, but they lacked consistency from the scoring department outside of Brunson. For the Knicks, trading for Brandon Miller would give them that added scoring element that they have been missing.

A trade for Brandon Miller would most likely mean the Knicks have to trade OG Anunoby, but for the offensive presence Brandon Miller would provide, the trade would be worth it for New York.
