The Bandera and Loop 1604 location’s last day of service will be August 19.
SAN ANTONIO — Another popular eatery is shutting down as Jim’s Restaurant have announced that they are closing one of their locations on the northwest side.
The Bandera and Loop 1604 location has been serving the community for 27 years. Now they’re closing their doors due to “accessibility challenges brought on by changes to the intersection’s road design.”
“Though we will no longer be serving you at this location, we remain committed to providing the same warmth and exceptional service at one of our 10 other San Antonio Jim’s locations,” the restaurant said on Facebook.
Another location closed last summer due to economic reasons.
“It has truly been our honor to serve you, and we are grateful for the friendships, memories, and experiences we’ve shared,” the restaurant said. “Your support has meant the world to us, and we are deeply thankful for the trust and loyalty you’ve shown over the years.”
The last day of operation will be August 19.
