JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) Robbery and Violent Crimes Unit is investigating two separate shootings that occurred early Saturday morning.
Both victims are in stable condition, and investigations are ongoing.
Domestic-related shooting at West 11th Street residence
At about 7:10 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting at 325 West 11th Street, and upon arrival, they found a man in his mid-20s suffering from a single gunshot wound to his left thigh.
Initial findings indicate the man was involved in a domestic dispute with a female suspect inside the residence.
During the argument, the woman reportedly pulled out a firearm and shot the man.
Both parties are in custody and cooperating with investigators. Authorities confirm this was an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the community.
Detectives from the Crime Scene Unit and Robbery and Violent Crimes team are processing the scene, canvassing for witnesses, and gathering video evidence.
Shooting at Soutel Drive gas station

They discovered a man in his mid-40s suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his left arm and face. The victim was transported to a local hospital in a private vehicle and remains stable.
Investigators say the victim was parked at a gas station when he argued with a suspect who tried to enter his vehicle without permission.
The suspect pulled out a handgun and shot the man after being refused entry.
JSO detectives are canvassing the scene for witnesses and surveillance footage. This incident is also considered isolated with no further threat to public safety.
