Murfreesboro, TN – Linebaugh Public Library in uptown Murfreesboro is welcoming local author and health advocate Brandi Mosby for a book signing event on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Visitors will have the chance to meet Mosby, purchase her book, and hear firsthand about the journey that inspired her latest work, F$%K Dieting: Creating Generational Health.

Mosby’s book dives deep into her personal transformation—from struggling with self-image and confidence to embracing a lifestyle rooted in physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Rather than pushing fad diets or quick fixes, she encourages readers to explore their motivations and habits, challenging societal norms around appearance and health. Her message is clear: true wellness comes from understanding your “why,” “when,” and “how,” and passing those values on to future generations.

With a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport and a graduate certificate in Holistic Nutrition, Mosby brings both academic insight and lived experience to her work. She’s a board-certified health practitioner and certified health and life coach, and her passion for nutrition was sparked during a brief stint in bodybuilding. That experience led her to a deeper understanding of how food, mindset, and movement intersect.

Mosby hopes her book will inspire families to pursue vibrant, sustainable health together. The signing at Linebaugh Library offers a chance to connect with her message and learn more about creating lasting wellness—not just for yourself, but for generations to come.
