A man was slashed this weekend on the Upper West Side, a police spokesperson confirmed to West Side Rag.

The attacked happened around 5 p.m. on Saturday at West 109th Street and Columbus Avenue, when a 31-year-old man was slashed in the neck, police said.

The man was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside in stable condition, NYPD added.

There have been no arrests, and police did not have information as of Sunday morning about what led up to the slashing.
