LOS ANGELES – A high-speed police chase is underway in Los Angeles County.
SkyFOX was over the scene as the suspect – believed to be in a possible stolen car – led the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on a chase Sunday night.
At one point during the scene, the suspects tried to carjack two different cars on live TV. Both attempts failed, but shortly after, the two suspects hopped out of the pickup truck they were in – also believed to be stolen – and then carjacked a big rig before taking off on the 5 Freeway near Sylmar.
Officials did not say where the pickup truck may have been stolen from. It is unknown which company is affiliated with the stolen white big rig.
