Back-to-school deals on breakfast, nostalgic sweets and some boozy sips are on restaurant menus across Dallas-Fort Worth, offering specials for kids, parents, teachers or anyone looking to kickstart their August.

Einstein Bros. Bagels
A big discount is available at the bagel chain in honor of the back-to-school season. From Aug. 6 through Sept. 2, new and existing rewards members can snag a baker’s dozen and shmear box for $10. That means 13 bagels, plus two tubs of cream cheese.

Keke’s Breakfast Cafe
Kids eat for $5 at Keke’s, with two locations in Fort Worth, one in Grand Prairie and another in Plano. With options like pancakes, breakfast wraps and chicken tenders, the kids’ meal deal is available until Aug. 29.

Leila Bakery & Cafe in East Dallas
The bakeshop, open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. seven days a week, is taking you back in time with its offering. For $25, customers can pick up a back-to-school nostalgia box with its own version of beloved treats inspired by Little Debbie and Hostess. The box includes items such as oatmeal cream pies, rice krispie treats and fig newtons.

The restaurant from chef Tyson Cole and pitmaster Aaron Franklin is offering a daily lineup of deals for back to school from Aug. 18 through Aug. 24. Here’s the rundown of what to expect:
- Aug. 18: $3 pulled pork sandwich
- Aug. 19: $6 slushee flight

- Aug. 21: $3 G&T slushees all day
- Aug. 22: Free corn fritters with the purchase of meat or sandwich
