FORT WORTH, Texas — Another tech company is laying down roots in the Lone Star State.

Chron reports Adom Industries Inc., a Dallas tech startup, is planning a $229.2 million North Texas headquarters investment.

According to Michael Hennig, Fort Worth economic development manager, Adom intends to establish a prototyping lab and semiconductor fabrication plant in Fort Worth.

The City Council will vote on Tuesday to decide whether Fort Worth will give $15 million in grants to Adom.

Adom’s focus is on migrating the “electronics workbench” to a cloud-based system.
