Billy Bob Thornton, who stars in Landman as the chain-smoking, oil industry fixer Tommy Norris, has become somewhat embedded in North Texas life.

Thornton has shopped at Studio 74 Vintage in Fort Worth, posed in front of a Springtown church and eaten Hurtado BBQ at Sheridan’s Bosque Ranch in Weatherford.

The Fort Worth-raised show creator’s series typically run for multiple seasons (think Yellowstone) so North Texans may be seeing Landman’s actors for years to come.
