According to the Netflix show America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, the iconic troupe is getting a raise of about 400%. While salaries are not officially disclosed, reports indicate that veteran members will now earn around $150,000 per year.

Veterans will now receive approximately $150,000 per year, based on previously reported hourly rates. A veteran will see her pay increase from a reported $15 per hour to $60 per hour, and there will be many appearances by the team outside of game days.
