The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading project teams through all phases of design and construction, in addition to proven expertise in consultant coordination, construction administration, and contract management. One must also have excellent communication skills.

Allied Works is hiring for a Studio Assistant in Brooklyn and a Project Accounting and Operations Coordinator with three to five years of experience in Portland, Oregon. The Studio Assistant should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate administrative tasks and needs beyond what is defined. The Project Accounting and Operations Coordinator should be familiar with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. They should also be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

In Brooklyn, Elizabeth Roberts Architecture & Design has two roles they’re looking to fill: an Intermediate Architect with six-plus years of experience and proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite; and a Senior Architect with ten-plus years of experience and proficient with AutoCAD and hand drawing. The Intermediate Architect should be experienced with architectural drafting and detailing. The Senior Architect must have extensive project management experience, experience with construction documents and details, and experience with Construction Administration.
