The NFL is staging its second-ever game in São Paolo, Brazil during Week 1 of its 2025 season, and the league landed a prominent halftime entertainer for the contest.
The NFL announced on Thursday that Karol G will perform during the halftime show of the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Los Angeles Chargers game in Week 1.
The international pop star expressed excitement about being a part of the entertainment, which will be broadcast on YouTube.
“I’m so excited to be part of YouTube’s first-ever NFL live broadcast, it’s truly an honor and a moment I’m so proud to be part of,” Karol G said in a statement. “I’ve watched many NFL halftime shows over the years and now having this opportunity to bring my music to this global stage means the world to me.
