The ramps to I-17 will be closed from Aug. 15 until the morning of Aug. 29 to allow for pavement work.
PHOENIX — The eastbound Loop 101 ramps to Interstate 17 will be closed until the Labor Day weekend.
The Arizona Department of Transportation said the 101 ramps to I-17 will be closed from Aug. 15 until the morning of Aug. 29 to allow for pavement work.
To get around the closure, drivers can exit the Loop 101 at 35th Avenue and use Deer Valley Road or Union Hills Drive to access I-17. ADOT said drivers in the northwest Valley should consider using the Loop 303 to access I-17.
The pavement work is part of an ongoing Loop 101 widening project between I-17 and 75th Avenue.
