A man was hospitalized in stable condition after a shooting at a store in Northeast Houston.
It happened on Hirsch Road and Cavalcade Street at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday.
Police said the 40-year-old man was talking to someone else at the store, when they shot him.
Officers discovered the victim in his car on Altoona Street and Wylie Street, less than a mile away from the shooting scene. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Police had not released information regarding the suspect or a motive.
