A pedestrian with two dogs was hit and killed in an auto-pedestrian crash on Interstate 35E, officials said.
DALLAS — A pedestrian died after they were hit while walking on Interstate 35E with two dogs, officials said.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded around 12:18 a.m. Sunday in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35E south of Illinois Avenue, officials said in a press release.
A pedestrian was walking in the right center lane with two dogs when they were struck, the sheriff’s office said. Three vehicles were involved in the crash.
The drivers stopped to render aid and no offense is suspected, officials say.
The sheriff’s office said it does not have any information on the status of the two dogs, the release states. Officials did not release any additional information about the victim.
