PHOENIX — Cocktail lovers will soon have a new place to sip local spirits at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport before jet setting across the U.S.

SanTan Spirit House will open in Terminal 4 on Thursday, according to a Monday announcement from the company.

The cocktail bar is run by Chandler-based SanTan Brewing Company, which has another location inside the airport: SanTan Brewing in Terminal 3, according to co-owner Jamie Hoffman.

“Our team at SanTan is brimming with Valley pride,” Hoffman said in the announcement. “We are proud to represent the best in local spirits and brews to the millions of travelers that make their way through Sky Harbor each year.”

The airport broke a passenger record in 2024, serving 52,325,266 passengers. It marked a 7.5% spike from 2023’s numbers, which were also record-breaking at the time.

Travelers can sip cocktails, whiskeys, gins, beers and more at the speakeasy-style spot between gates D14 and D17.

“We can’t wait to give visitors a taste of Arizona hospitality before they even leave the airport,” Hoffman said.

The menu will showcase SanTan Spirits’ signature whiskeys, gins, and vodkas. Guests can enjoy popular cocktails from Spirit House’s Chandler location alongside new creations, such as:

  • The Jake from State Farm.
  • CaraMellow Macchiato.
  • Smoked Peach Pie.

Complementing the spirits and cocktails is a curated lineup of SanTan Brewing’s six flagship beers, featuring favorites like MoonJuice IPA, Mr. Pineapple Wheat Beer, JuicyJack IPA and the fittingly named Sky Harbor Lager.
