HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Two firefighters were injured in a multi-alarm fire that broke out at a complex in northwest Houston on Tuesday evening, officials said.
At 7:20 p.m., the Houston Fire Department announced crews were en route to the fire in the 2700 block of Teague Road.
The fire has since been put out.
Fire crews reported that out of the 389 units, 100 suffered water or fire damage.
According to HFD, one firefighter was taken to the hospital with a shoulder injury, and another was treated on scene for heat-related illness.
The cause and origin of the fire are under investigation.
