RealPage is betting big on AI with a new platform, built with OpenAI, that could reshape the multifamily industry.

Real estate software company RealPage Inc. has debuted a workforce platform made up of “AI agents” the company co-developed with tech giant OpenAI.

Richardson-based RealPage unveiled the platform at an annual rental housing industry event in Las Vegas, according to an announcement.

The Lumina AI Workforce platform is designed to “streamline every stage of the renter’s journey,” according to its website.

That entails what’s essentially five different AI bots handling routine tasks across five areas: leasing, resident, operations, facilities and finance.
