What to expect at PV, formerly Paradise Valley Mall space, in Phoenix

PV, the former Paradise Valley Mall space, has restaurants, a concert pavilion, bike trails and walking paths, says Jeff Moloznik of RED Development.

  • The former Paradise Valley Mall site is being redeveloped into a mixed-use space with restaurants, retail and entertainment.
  • Several restaurants are already open, including Blanco Cocina + Cantina, Flower Child, Frost Gelato and Hawaiian Bros.
  • More restaurants are planned to open soon, such as Federal Pizza, Cala and The Vig.

Over the last few years, developers have been working on redeveloping the site that was once Paradise Valley Mall in Phoenix into a brand-new hub for housing, business and entertainment.

The redevelopment project, led by RED Development Co., aims to repurpose the large amount of retail space left behind by the former Paradise Valley Mall into a more modernized shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

The first wave of businesses opened in 2024, but additional restaurants and retail stores have opened their doors at the site one by one ever since, with still more on the way.

Here are all the restaurants that are now open and coming soon at the former Paradise Valley Mall.
