CLEBURNE – June Elizabeth Howard, 91, of Cleburne, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on August 19, 2025. She was born on October 12, 1933, in North Creek, England. June was a longtime and faithful member of First Baptist Church of Burleson, where she built many cherished friendships. She retired from Motheral Printing, where she was a beloved secretary and colleague, remembered for her warmth, dedication, and kindness. June’s hobbies included cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family in both the United States and England. She was proud of her heritage and often shared it with her children and grandchildren through her cooking and enjoyment in watching royal weddings. She took great pride in her appearance, always dressing beautifully and wearing her favorite perfumes. Her elegance and care for how she presented herself reflected the joy and dignity with which she lived. Those who knew June will remember her as a fun-loving, kind, and faithful woman who brightened every room she entered. Her love for her family, her faith, and her joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. June is survived by her loving children, Ellen McKinney and husband, Carey, Denise Griffin and husband, Randy, and Dixon McKay and wife, Melodee. She was a proud grandmother to Elizabeth, Lee, Victoria, Christine, Mac, and Skylar; and a great-grandmother to Jaida, Karson, Drew, Ava, Alex, and Liam. She is also survived by four of her eight siblings: sister, Brenda, and brothers, Malcolm, Cliff, and Allen. A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Greenwood Funeral Home in Memorial Suite B, 3344 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
