The Department of Computer Science and Systems Engineering, Andhra University, will organise a internal hackathon “From Bits to QuBits” on August 28 as per the directions of A.P. State Council of Higher Education, according to a release issued here on Saturday (August 23, 2025).
As a pre-event, the APSCHE had conducted online sessions with resource persons from academia and industry on August 22-23. A total of 33 teams of six members each from AU and its affiliated colleges took part in the session.
The experts shared how to implement the technology in solving real world problems and how to establish a start-up and commercialise their ideas and the various platforms for quantum computing.
