Fire officials said around eight to nine people live inside the home.
SAN ANTONIO — Several people were displaced after a fire severely damaged a home on the northwest side on Thursday night, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.
Officials said firefighters arrived to the home located on the 100 block of Westhill Place around 10:30 p.m. where they discovered smoke coming from inside.
Firefighters were able to quickly knock down the blaze but damage to the interior of the home is severe, according to officials.
SAFD said around eight to nine people live inside the single-story “hoarder home.” Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
