LA PLATA, Md. — Emergency medical professionals from across the region are expected to gather Oct. 17–19 at the College of Southern Maryland’s La Plata campus for the 2025 Patuxent River EMS Conference.

Organizers say the three-day event is designed to empower EMS providers at every stage of their careers with advanced training sessions, networking opportunities, and access to industry experts. A Friday pre-conference opening session will be included with all weekend and single-day passes. The registration cost is $200 for a full weekend, or $100 for Saturday- or Sunday-only passes. An exhibitor-area access pass is also available for $25.

The conference will feature hands-on workshops, dynamic presentations, and exhibitor displays showcasing the latest equipment and services for emergency responders. “Whether you’re looking to refine your skills or explore new innovations in EMS, this conference provides the tools and connections you need,” organizers said.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for local businesses and organizations wishing to support the event, ranging from $250 exhibitor packages to diamond-level sponsorships at $1,500.

More information on registration and sponsorships can be found at paxriveremsconference.square.site or by emailing paxriverems@gmail.com.
