Looks like Zoë Kravitz and Austin Butler are getting cozy. After the premiere of their new movie Caught Stealing in Paris on Thursday, the two were spotted “drinking, hugging, and leaning close to one another,” per the Daily Mail. Apparently, working for director Darren Aronofsky is “intense,” and being able to promote the film and hang out without the “pressure” has been a “reward for them both.” Sounds like the perfect time for some off-screen romance.
In footage obtained by the tabloid, Butler and Kravitz can be seen downing drinks and getting awfully close to one another. Now, could the two have been sharing a non-romantic embrace in a small Parisian bar? Oui. Is this sure-fire evidence of a budding romance? Eh. In true celeb fashion, we’ll likely never know what’s really going on between these two — but it sure is fun to speculate.
“There’s definitely chemistry between them and they’re loving spending time together promoting the movie,” a source told the tabloid. ”It’s not quite a fully fledged romance but Austin hasn’t been friend-zoned either.”
The Daily Mail’s source also said that Butler thinks Kravitz is “cool and hilarious,” and his friends “would not be surprised if something progressed.” Hey, if falling in love with your coworker were to happen anywhere, the City of Love is a great place to do it.
