NADC Burger has already seen wait times of up to an hour.

DALLAS — A new burger spot in Dallas has only been open a week and already has a line out the door.

Not a Damn Chance Burger, or NADC Burger, opened August 15 and customers have waited up to an hour to get their hands on one of the restaurant’s burgers.

Even more amazing is that NADC was never even supposed to be a restaurant.

“We just set out to make the perfect burger, in our opinion,” said NADC owner and founder Neen Williams.

Williams, a professional skateboarder, and Michelin Star chef Phillip Frankland Lee just wanted to make the best burger they could for themselves.

However, as they started sharing it with friends, those friends told them they should sell their burgers, so they did and quickly gained a cult following.

“It’s just been awesome to see this response,” Williams said.

What makes it so awesome? Simplicity.

It’s Japanese wagyu from a Texas ranch with cheese, sauce, jalapenos, onions, and pickles.

“All of these flavors work together to create the perfect bite,” Williams said.

Even the menu is simple. It has just four items: a burger, fries, a cookie and drinks.

“Do the one thing you can do and do it the best you can do it and don’t worry about doing a bunch of other things,” said Williams.
