Manhattan, NY According to Silverstein Properties, Clear Street has committed to a 10-plus-year lease extension, as well as an expansion to grow its headquarters to nearly 88,000 s/f at 4 World Trade Center, the 72-story tower in Lower Manhattan.
Founded in 2018, Clear Street is modernizing the brokerage ecosystem with financial technology and services that empower market participants to navigate capital markets around the world.
The firm first moved to 4 WTC via a sublease in 2021, before signing a direct lease with Silverstein for the entire 45th floor in 2023. With this extension, Clear Street will keep its headquarters at 4 WTC and expand onto the entire 46th floor.
The 2.3 million s/f tower is 97% leased. Tenants include Spotify, Zurich American Insurance Co., Duolingo, SNY, and Rippling.

Working with Pritzker-prize winning architect Fumihiko Maki, Silverstein Properties designed 4 WTC’s steel structure, column-free corners and 80-ft. perimeter column spans to enhance flexibility, increase natural light, and offer views from every window.
The tower enlivens and seamlessly integrates into Downtown Manhattan’s streetscape, with a major concentration of retail at both street-level and in the underground pedestrian concourse that leads directly to 12 subway lines and the PATH train. Retailers at 4 WTC include Eataly, Banana Republic and H&M.
