A NEW HOTEL IN FIDI
The M Social Hotel chain has opened M Social New York Downtown at 55 Church, between Cortlandt and Liberty. The chain also has a hotel in Times Square, as well as a bunch of locations globally. A quick glance showed the rooms at around $460.

TRIBECA COFFEE CO.
Did we know there was a Tribeca Coffee Co. in the Toronto suburbs? They have two locations so far with a third coming soon. It was founded in 2016 in Oakville, Ontario, then Burlington, Ontario. “Our goal was simple,” their about page says, “Bring the New York cafe experience to the suburbs.” The next location is Mississauga. Looks like they kinda got the vibe!

SCHEDULE FOR 9/11 CEREMONY
The National September 11 Memorial & Museum will observe the 24th anniversary of 9/11 with a commemoration ceremony on Thursday, September 11, starting at 5:30a. A livestream of the ceremony will be shown in its entirety here. The commemoration is for family members of victims of the 2001 and 1993 attacks. Family members were invited to enter their names into a lottery system and those selected will participate in this year’s reading of the names. The 9/11 Memorial Museum will be open solely for family members this day, beginning at 8a. The ceremony will pause to observe moments of silence six times — acknowledging when each of the World Trade Center towers was struck and fell, as well as the times corresponding to the attack on the Pentagon and the crash of Flight 93. The first moment of silence is observed at 8:46 a.m., and houses of worship have been invited to toll their bells at that time. The ceremony will conclude at approximately 12:30p.
