A driver and a pedestrian were killed overnight after a car collided with a pedestrian and a pole, Dallas police said.
DALLAS — Two people were killed in a two-vehicle accident after a driver hit a pedestrian and a pole during a crash, Dallas police said.
Around 9:05 p.m. Monday, Dallas police responded to a crash in the 300 block of East Ledbetter Drive, Dallas police said in a press release. The preliminary investigation found that one of the vehicles hit a pedestrian during the accident, police said.
One of the drivers crashed into a pole and died at the scene, according to the release.
The pedestrian died from their injuries in a hospital, police said.
Police are investigating the incident. They did not release any information about the other driver.
