SAN ANTONIO – Our 17th season of Little Caesar’s Thursday Night Lights kicks off tonight with a showdown you don’t want to miss.
Two teams are coming in with big aspirations this year.
Johnson is looking to win its second league title in as many years, while Judson is aiming to return to the playoffs after a string of close losses last season.
Adding to the excitement, two old friends will face off on the field: TP Miller from Johnson and Mark Soto from the Rockets. The Jags beat Judson in a one-score game last year, and it’s likely we’ll see another tight matchup.
Both coaches are leaving nothing on the table. Neither team is content with simply making the playoffs—both are hoping for long, deep runs this season.
