Mr. Winston’s is growing fast, and keeping it classic.
The Dallas-based men’s grooming brand will open its third location on Sept. 15 at The Pavilion on Lovers Lane, part of an ambitious plan to scale to 10 to 12 locations across North Texas in the next two years. Confirmed shops in Frisco and Southlake are expected to open by January, the company said.
The new 1,200-square-foot shop, located at 5600 W. Lovers Lane, will continue the brand’s signature blend of traditional barbering and refined hospitality in a formula that’s helped Mr. Winston’s carve out a distinctive niche since launching in West Village three years ago.
Regional Director Mario Magdaleno called the opening a “thoughtful expansion.
“While we grow, we remain steadfast in our core principles—delivering a refined, welcoming atmosphere paired with expert men’s haircuts and grooming services at a fair, honest price,” Magdaleno said in a statement.
Designed in partnership with Dallas-based Foxcroft Studio, the Lovers Lane shop features arched ceilings, a central bar, and eight grooming stations set in a layout that feels more like an old-world barbershop than a modern salon. Dramatic windows give the space an open, club-like feel, with navy tile, brass fixtures, and leather seating rounding out the brand’s now-familiar aesthetic.
Foxcroft founder Jesse Neargarder said the space draws inspiration from “nostalgic Italian barbershops and the industrial spirit of New York City.”

Quiet cuts, smart perks, and a following
Mr. Winston’s has grown by keeping things simple—and human. The company says its online booking tool lets customers customize their visit (from “friendly banter” to a “quiet cut”), and its pricing avoids the premium tag that often comes with upscale grooming experiences.
Haircuts start at $45, with services that include classic shaves, beard trims, gray blending, and even a Dad + Kid package for $70.
Beyond its new Lovers Lane address and Dallas’ West Village location, the company currently operates in Preston Hollow. It’s also positioning itself as a talent destination, with benefits like health insurance, paid time off, maternity leave, and competitive pay for barbers.
