STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Municipal labors will soon have the chance to vote on a new health plan for municipal employees after Mayor Eric Adams’ administration announced a proposal Thursday.

The joint proposal with EmblemHealth and United Healthcare would provide a new health plan for 750,000 employees, pre-Medicare retirees, and their dependents.
