We know Jeremy Allen White is buff: Water is wet, fork found in kitchen, generational trauma found in a sandwich restaurant in Chicago. But the idea of someone else physically lifting a buff person, well, damn, that’s just insanely impressive. When on the Tonight Show, White told Jimmy Fallon how his security guard Moody, noticed that there was a huge group of teenage girls waiting for White (“nowhere near me,” notes White), so instead of discreetly guiding White in another direction, he airlifted him in front of his fans. “Moody picks me up by my hips, lifts me into the air, carries me up these stairs in front of all these young women,” White explained. “I looked at him like never do that again! I’ve never felt so emasculated.” Unfortunately for White and Moody, 19-year-old gals are the primary writers of fan fiction and being airlifted by your security guard is just a Wattpad story that writes itself.
