PHOENIX — All-you-can-eat joint Lin’s Grand Buffet will reopen its west Phoenix location on Sept. 10 after completing renovations, a Thursday press release said.
The restaurant at 75th Avenue and McDowell Road made kitchen upgrades, expanded its sushi lineup and added other food items to their laid-out buffet. A few of these include Cajun seafood boil and bourbon chicken.
From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the Wednesday grand re-opening, the Asian buffet will host guests with free entertainment and other family-friendly experiences while offering both its classic and new dishes.
“This re-opening is an investment into the Phoenix community that has supported us for many years,” Lin’s Grand Buffet CEO Frank Lam said in the release. “We work hard to create a buffet experience that combines both variety and value with excellent customer service. Lin’s Grand Buffet is proud to welcome everyone back.”
The location features a hibachi grill and a live steak cooking station in addition to its buffet and seats up to 380 people.
Guests can order food online, from pork egg rolls to egg drop soup to orange chicken. Family meals are also available with a small option to feed three to five (one appetizer, three large entrees and two large sides) and large that feeds five to seven (two appetizers, five large entrees and three large sides).
Once reopened, the west Phoenix location will go back to its normal hours of operation of 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Sunday.
The chain with a southern Texas origin has seven restaurants in Arizona, the most recent opening in January at Metro Parkway and the Interstate 17.
