68-year-old man assaulted and robbed outside downtown 7-Eleven in early morning attack

SAN ANTONIO – Police need your help identifying and locating the three men that robbed a 68-year-old man outside a downtown convenience store.

It happened on Saturday, August 23 around 2:30 a.m. at the 7-Eleven store on 201 W. Commerce St. Three male suspects followed the elderly man into the store. One of the suspects entered the store and was captured on video surveillance.

When the victim exited the store, he was assaulted and robbed. He suffered injuries during robbery.

The suspects fled on foot with the victim’s wallet.
