San Antonio — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in locating 38-year-old Cory Andrew Wade, who is wanted for Continuous Violence Against Family in connection with a violent assault that took place on August 31, 2025.

The victim reported that during a disturbance, Wade grabbed her by the wrists, threw her to the ground, and punched her multiple times in the face, resulting in visible injuries, including bruising, swelling, a bite mark on her forearm, and a cut on her chin. The victim indicated that the altercation escalated when Wade demanded her phone, and upon her refusal, he began throwing objects at her, including glass containers and picture frames.

Wade has a documented history of family violence, having been arrested for a similar offense against a different ex-girlfriend just over a week before this incident.

Deputies responded to the scene after the victim made a report, but Wade fled before they arrived in his 2020 black Ford Raptor.
