Forest rangers are lifting fire restrictions completely in the Coconino National Forest starting on Thursday. Those restrictions are usually lifted in early July but due to lack of rain, they were kept in place for a near record-breaking amount of time. In the nearby Grand Canyon, restrictions are dropping to Stage I, so fires are allowed in developed campsites. Mason Carroll has more.
