FORT WORTH – Frankie Beth Carlile, age 72, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at her home in Fort Worth. Frankie was born in Knox City to Ralph and Zonelle Duke on September 12, 1952. She went to school in Munday before moving to Fort Worth to finish her schooling at Castleberry. She married Ronnie Carlile on March 20, 1970, in Fort Worth and they were married for 55 years. She worked as a loan officer for Fort Worth City Credit Union for many years, but her true job was being a mom. She devoted her life to not just her own children but all children. She was a softball coach for 20 years, along with being on the board of several youth organizations that included football and cheerleading. When her grandkids came along, she was just as active in their activities. Once her children were grown, she became involved in the pool world where she ran pool tournaments for over thirty years all around the metroplex. She joined many leagues and played for years. She lived her life to bring people together and give to others and left an impact on many people’s lives. Frankie was also a lifelong diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. She loved her tequila shots when they scored. Frankie is preceded in death by her mother, Zonelle Duke; her mother-in-law, Kathryn Carlile Hart; her brother, Don Duke; her daughter, Melissa Carlile Parris; her granddaughter, Catilyn Carlile; and her grandson, Cody Carlile. Frankie is survived by her husband, Ronnie Carlile; son, David Carlile; daughter, Tammie Carlile and fiancé, Jason Hancock; sisters, Jerilyn Miller and Peggy Carter, sister-in-law, Cassie Duke; brother in-law, Donnie Carlile and spouse, Becky; grandchildren: Tyler Carlile and spouse, Kayla, Brittany Carlile, Chelcie Parris and Noah Hernandez, Brad Parris and spouse, Alex Marie and Trey Parris; and great-grandchildren, Averie Carlile, Ryder Carlile, Aceyn Carlile, Brynleigh Carlile, Graycyn Carlile, Brooklynn Parris, Haven Hernandez, Sawyer Parris and Adeline Parris. Viewing will be Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Greenwood Funeral Home in Memorial Suite B, 3344 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76107. Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, in Greenwood’s Live Oak Chapel, 3100 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76107. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Tyler Carlile, Brad Parris, Trey Parris, Josh Young, Noah Hernandez, and Jason Hancock.
