Many Mansions a film, TV and real estate conglomerate have landed in Duval County to bring forth a new day, new mindset and a new agenda for first coast entrepreneurs and executives. Kevin Hickman, a 14-year resident of Duval County, has made it no secret for his plans for Jacksonville. His company is currently developing multiple projects in the First Coast area and celebrated with a community awards function.  The most recent installment was the IAMSUCCESSJAX festival on the campus of Edward University on Juneteenth.

Hickman has committed himself to bettering the Jacksonville Metropolitan Area from the communities to the need for economic development. “There are so many great things about the city, from the people to the culture to the family-oriented mindset of the community. I’m here for it all,”  said Hickman. The Many Mansions appreciation reception was held at X Lounge on Beach Blvd. Hickman honored public administrator Dr. Omega Allen, Lynn Jones, Associate Editor, Jacksonville Free Press and Author Brianna Ellis.
