FORT WORTH – Ricardo Moreno, 94, went to be with the Lord peacefully on September 2, 2025 with his daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren at his bedside. Rosary: 6 – 8 p.m. Monday, September 8, 2025 in Greenwood’s Live Oak Chapel at 3100 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth 76107. Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2025 in Greenwood’s Live Oak Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Ricardo was born to Sinforoso Moreno and Mersedez Martinez, where he grew up in Mexico then shortly after came to the U.S. to start his journey as a farm worker where he had a love and passion for his work. Ricardo was very family oriented and loved all of his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He loved being outside and had a passion for gardening. Ricardo was also an active member of St. Thomas Catholic Church of Fort Worth, Texas. Ricardo was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Maria Molina; and son, Raymundo Chaires Moreno. Survived by daughter, Maria O. Molina; grandchildren, Juan Molina and Rebecca Garza; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
