A 17-unit multifamily property in Jersey City was sold recently for $2.9 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which arranged the transaction.
The property at 67 Brinkerhoff Street features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, according to a statement.
Cushman & Wakefield’s team, including Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri, represented the seller, 67 Brinkerhoff Street LLC, in the transaction.
The team also secured the buyer, identified as 67 Brinkerhoff Street JC LLC.
The property’s location, just half-mile from major employment hubs and key transit routes, was highlighted as a significant selling point.
“We generated multiple competitive offers for this asset, showcasing the appeal and confidence in this multifamily investment opportunity,” Sobel said.
