SAN ANTONIO – Two officers were treated for smoke inhalation, and two people were taken to the hospital after a fire near the St. Mary’s Strip.
The fire occurred around 2:35 p.m. near E Mistletoe Avenue and N St. Mary’s.
According to the San Antonio Fire Department, the officers arrived on scene and helped a bedridden male who resided in the home.
Two people were taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation, and two officers were treated at the scene. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
