DALLAS — Down two sets against Dallas Baptist at the Dallas Classic on Saturday, Minnesota State Moorhead rallied to win the next three sets and keep its unbeaten streak intact.

The Dragons beat DBU 20-25, 19-25, 25-11, 25-20, 16-14 to improve to 4-0 on the season. MSUM never trailed in the decisive third set, turning a 4-3 lead into a 10-4 advantage on a service ace by Leah Laqua.

In the first match, the Dragons beat Southwest Baptist 25-21, 16-25, 25-20, 25-17 with junior Raiah Mandell collecting 13 kills.

Brielle Riess had 17 kills and Laqua added 13 for the Dragons against Dallas Baptist. Laqua had six blocks and Kiara Olesch had two aces. Madi Colby finished with 30 assists and Maci Martini 22 digs.

Riess had four aces and Jocelin Feutz had two blocks for the Dragons in the morning match against Southwest Baptist. Amanda Lisi had 18 assists with Colby dishing up 17. Riess led MSUM with 16 digs.
