The heroes and zeros from the Jets’ 34-32 loss to the Steelers on Sunday:
Hero
Aaron Rodgers had so many chances to lead game-winning drives with the Jets last year, but failed. Of course, in his first chance with the Steelers, and against his old team, he delivered. He completed 22 of his 30 passes for 244 yards and four touchdowns.
Zero
Xavier Gipson, whose spot on the roster was in doubt during training camp, fumbled a kickoff return at the start of the fourth quarter. The Steelers took advantage of the short field by scoring a touchdown to take a 31-26 lead.

Unsung hero
Chris Boswell drilled a game-winning 60-yard field goal with 1:03 left in the game. It was the longest of his career. He also nailed a 56-yard field goal in the second quarter.
