SAN ATNONIO – Brad Simpson will be back in court Monday morning as law enforcement hands over more evidence in his case.

Simpson is accused of killing his wife, Suzanne, last October and faces several charges in addition to murder.

Simpson is accused of murdering his wife Suzanne Simpson on Oct. 6 and spent the next day hiding her body. While her body has still not been found, a detailed warrant accuses Simpson of suspicious activity the morning after she was last seen fighting with her husband outside their Olmos Park home.

Investigators say Brad Simpson began turning his phone on and off as he traveled from San Antonio to the Texas Hill Country the next day. They said he had suspicious items in the bed of his truck. He was found to have bought concrete and visited a dump site before heading to Bandera where officials say they believe he unloaded a large object from the bed of his pickup truck.

Earlier this summer, the hearing was rescheduled because law enforcement agencies involved in Suzanne’s disappearance needed more time. Authorities had also been assisting search and rescue crews during the Hill Country flooding.
